Our Story

From humble beginnings, the journey was fuelled by single-minded purpose and a clear vision that led to the formation of a prominent trading house with a trail of significant milestones and many achievements.

The company started its operation in 1965 with a singe domestic merchandise store in the city of Dammam. Over the years the company emerged to be the trade and business partner in the country for the leading global corporations in the textile industry, well known as a reliable partner with strong infrastructure and an extensive distribution network backed by warehouse facilities and an efficient supply chain infrastructure.

Over the decades, the company has transformed itself into a conglomerate within the textile business across the GCC. In the 1980s the company billed out its franchisee Boomin Enterprise following its insolvency by injecting capital in the company acquiring 35% of its issued shares. Since then, the company has demonstrated strong support to its affiliate throughout the years saving the reputation of its brand Solaron which we believe to be the top brand on the glob when it comes to blankets and bed sheets.

Recently the company has become the exclusive franchisee of Madame Coco and Yargici in Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries.The company has opened 10 Madame Coco stores and three Yargici stores in KSA in its first year. ​​The Company puts great emphasis on nurturing and promoting its products brands, mindful in protecting the equity of the global brands in its care at the same a great emphasis is also placed on listening to customer and being attentive to their needs and requirements.
